Heads-up

Call before visiting on Korean New Year's Day or Chuseok, because sources differ on whether it is open.

Getting in

Entrance
The entrance passage is wide and stays open during business hours. Wheelchairs and mobility scooters can get in easily. Older information notes no step at the entrance. The ground may be stone block with a thin metal rail across it.
Parking
Tourism information says parking is not available here, and one visitor wrote that spaces are short and suggested the subway. Come by public transportation if you can. Sources differ on accessible parking. Older information says there is none, while information from July 2024 gives 2 spaces. It is not known whether those spaces are in this building or a nearby public lot. To ask, call +82-2-736-0088 (02-736-0088 within Korea) or email ssamzigil@naver.com.
Route
By bus, use the Insadong stop. All buses there run as low-floor buses.

Inside

Elevator
An elevator runs between floors 1 and 4. A wheelchair fits, but as of July 2024 the space was not very wide and a little awkward. Older information calls the inside wide. To ask about the size, call +82-2-736-0088 (02-736-0088 within Korea) or email ssamzigil@naver.com.
Ramp
The building has an indoor ramp, and a gentle slope links its floors. Older information gives the ramp as about 500 m long, from floor 1 to floor 4. Sources differ on floor 1 to floor 2, which may be ramp or stairs. Use the elevator for that stretch.
Moving around
There are no raised thresholds inside, and the site is wide, so moving around by wheelchair is easy. Older information adds that the inside is wide enough for a power wheelchair.
Toilets
The building has an accessible toilet. As of July 2024 there was one on floor 1, with a diaper-changing table, but the space was not very wide. Older information puts the women's toilet on floor 1 and the men's on basement 1. In a July 2024 photo labelled 'floor 1 accessible toilet entrance', you can see a men's accessible-toilet sign. Sources differ on which floor has the men's accessible toilet. Call +82-2-736-0088 (02-736-0088 within Korea) or email ssamzigil@naver.com to ask. In the same photo, the door appears to slide, and there appears to be a low metal ramp or threshold.
Rest
The rooftop garden has a cafe and outdoor space for a rest. The gentle path leads up to it, but it is not known whether the whole way is step-free.
