Heads-up

Plan to use a wheelchair toilet at the subway station, because it is not known whether the building has one. To find one, see Getting there.

Check the hours before a late-night or Wednesday morning visit. The mall may be closed then.

Getting in

Entrance
You can reach the entrance by wheelchair, with no steps on the way. One visitor on a January 2020 trip wrote that the building connects directly to Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station.
Parking
Accessible parking spaces are on B2 and B3.

Inside

Elevator
The building has an elevator.
Floors
Shopping is on B1 to 4F: shoes, travel goods, cosmetics, and women's, children's and men's clothing. Floors 5 to 7 are empty, waiting for new shops.
Shops
Displays are set low, so wheelchair users can see products up close. One travel guide says the small shops are packed tightly, like a maze.

Hours
As of October 2026, there are two sets of hours. One is 10:20 to 01:00 the next day, closed from Tuesday 24:00 to Wednesday 10:20. The other is 24 hours, open all year. Call 02-6388-1114 (+82 2-6388-1114) to ask which hours apply.
Crowds
Visitors' experiences differ. One travel guide says a July 2023 review called it very crowded. The same guide says a March 2026 review called the mall empty, like a ghost town.
Timing
One travel guide says you should come early in the day, so you do not miss shops that are open.
Pharmacy
There is a pharmacy on 1F.
Stroller
Stroller rental is available.
