Getting in
- Entrance
- You can reach the main entrance at the East Gate visitor center by wheelchair, with no step. The approach is mostly wide and flat, with some slopes and some forest and deck sections.
- Buildings
- Park buildings have wide main entrances with no step, except the traditional pavilions. The visitor center elevator may be a little tight inside for wheelchairs and strollers. The tight one may instead be the art center elevator, with a narrow door. Call 02-2289-4000 (+82-2-2289-4000) to ask which elevator is tight.
- Parking
- The visitor lot has 20 accessible spaces and the culture center lot has 6. Accessible parking is in front of Chilpokji (칠폭지), or at the visitor center and art center lots. Sources differ on the location. Call 02-2289-4000 (+82-2-2289-4000) to ask which lot to use.

- Observatory
- On October 19, 2026, only the inside inclined lift was running, and you needed it to reach the top. On foot, the lift is about 15 minutes from the West Gate, along the path beside the art center.
- Toilets
- Accessible toilets are at the parking lot, alongside the park's other restrooms and in every park building. The English map has no accessible toilet symbol, and the Korean map's legend has no separate symbol for them. One is a little tight inside, and its building is not known.
- Rest stops
- The park has 9 deck rest areas, 11 rest stops and 5 waterside rest areas. The indoor lounge on the art center's first floor has an unstaffed cafe, open Tuesday to Sunday, 9:00 to 18:00, as of October 2026.
