Getting in
- Entrance
- You can reach the entrance by wheelchair, with no steps on the way. The entrance for pre-bought tickets may have a large revolving door, while the group entrance by the ticket office appears to have swing doors too. Ask staff which door to use.
- Route
- The building connects to Jamsil Station. You can enter directly from Line 2 Exits 1 and 2, and SEOUL SKY also points visitors to Line 8 Exits 10 and 11. For the exits with street elevators, see Getting there. Sources differ on where the elevator for this route is. Call 1661-2000 (may work only from inside Korea) to ask which exit to use.
- Parking
- The Lotte World parking lot has spaces for people with disabilities. With a discount ticket from the SEOUL SKY entry gate, up to 4 hours costs 4,800 won, as of October 2026. Apply it at a pay machine or by mobile before you leave.
- Entry
- There is a ticket counter for wheelchair users. Staff check your belongings and ask you to remove masks, sunglasses and hats worn low so they can check your identity. Pets cannot enter, but guide and assistance dogs can.
Inside
- Elevators
- The Sky Shuttle elevator goes from B1 to floor 118 in about 1 minute. If you use a wheelchair or have trouble moving, ask staff for the separate route without escalators. On the way down, you may need to change elevators on floor 120 or 121.
- Viewing floors
- The viewing floors are 117 to 123. There are elevators for wheelchair users in the viewing area. Floors inside the building are flat. One wheelchair traveler wrote that they saw the viewing floors and glass floor by power wheelchair in early 2025, with enough room to turn. All visitors, including older adults, should get full staff guidance before using Sky Deck or Sky Terrace.
- Toilets
- Accessible toilets are on the B1 lobby level and on floor 117. At least one appears roomy, with a wall grab bar on one side and a fold-down bar on the other. There is also an emergency bell.
- Wheelchair rental
- Borrow a free wheelchair at the B1 lobby information desk, but numbers are limited. Return it when you leave. The Lotte World Mall B1 information desk is also given as a rental place, with 5 wheelchairs, first come, first served. ID is needed there. It may be a separate service from the SEOUL SKY desk. Call 1661-2000 (may work only from inside Korea) to ask which desk to use.
