Heads-up

A ride booking card does not skip the wait, and busy days can add more time. Use the wait to rest, eat, or see a show.

Individual rides can stop because of weather or checks at the park. Keep a second ride in mind.

The way to the picnic area uses stairs, and no step-free way is known. Ask the park whether a step-free route is available before planning to use this area.

Getting in

Entrance
There are several entrances, and you can use at least one with no step. The main gate is a ticket gate with plenty of room for a wheelchair, and there is a ticket window for wheelchair users.
Route
An underground passage with no slopes or steps links Jamsil Station to the park, as of November 2024. The park's own directions use Exit 4, which is not one of the station's street elevator exits.
Parking
Accessible parking spaces are in the underground garage shared with Lotte Mart, and a passage with no slopes or steps leads to the park. With a Comprehensive or Park ticket, parking is free for up to 3 hours and at most 3,000 won after that, as of October 2026.

Inside

Elevators
Five elevators serve the park's zones, as of November 2024. You can find elevators on floors 2, 3, and 4 on the 2026 English guide map, which you can download from the park's website.
Rides
You can reach the boarding area of 30 of the 43 rides by wheelchair, on every indoor floor and on Magic Island. For the other 13, you must leave your wheelchair and walk there. Limits differ by ride and disability, and ride staff check yours and help you board.
Toilets
Accessible toilets are near the regular toilets in every zone. They have a sink and a child-sized toilet. One stall appears to have fixed and folding grab bars.
Rest
You can bring a folding chair or a one-person cushion to sit on. Picnic mats are not allowed.
Wheelchairs
Guests who have trouble walking can borrow one of 10 wheelchairs for free, first come, first served. As of October 2026, leave a 10,000 won deposit and an ID at the guest services office, inside Meeting Plaza on floor 1, next to the first-aid room. You can also bring your own wheelchair. For questions, call 02-411-2111 (+82-2-411-2111).

Also useful

Ride booking
With a disability welfare card, you can get a ride booking card at the guest services office. Ride staff then write a return time based on the current wait, one ride at a time. Ask at the office whether this covers you. Sources differ on whether this is priority boarding for you and one companion. Call 1661-2000 (may work only from inside Korea) to ask.
Hours
Sunday to Thursday, the park is open 10:00–21:00, with last entry at 20:00. Friday and Saturday, it is open 10:00–22:00, with last entry at 21:00. It has no regular closing days, as of October 2026.
Tickets
As of October 2026, a 1Day adult Comprehensive ticket is 67,000 won and includes the Folk Museum. A 1Day adult Park ticket is 64,000 won. After4 adult tickets are 55,000 won (Comprehensive) and 52,000 won (Park).
Discounts
From May 1 to December 31, 2026, the park offers 50% off Comprehensive and Park tickets for people with disabilities and one companion, with official proof. It is not clear whether disability documents from outside Korea are accepted. An adult 1Day ticket then costs 33,500 won (Comprehensive) or 32,000 won (Park). Bring your proof to the ticket desk, and ask whether this covers you.
Older visitors
As of October 2026, the park offers people 65 and over the 1Day child price: 50,000 won (Comprehensive) or 49,000 won (Park). It is not clear whether foreign visitors qualify or which IDs are accepted. Other discounts cannot be added. Ask at the ticket desk whether this covers you. In the ride table, all rides except Flume Ride and Atlantis are marked as allowing older visitors. Each ride also has its own arm and leg support requirements.
