Entrance
You can reach the entrance by wheelchair. There are no steps on the way to it.
Parking
Use the basement car park of the main store next door, which has accessible spaces. The AVENUEL building's car park is for members only. Accessible pay machines are on B2 to B7 of the main store car park.
Route
Euljiro 1(il)-ga Station Exit 7 connects directly to the department store's B1 shops. Step-free access on this link is not known.

The building has elevator access.
Floors
AVENUEL runs from B1 to 10F. Overseas brands are on 1F to 5F, and Lotte Cinema is on 6F to 8F. 10F has a spa, beauty services and a dental clinic. As of October 29, 2026, 9F is marked Opening Soon.
Main building
AVENUEL connects to the department store's main building on B1 and 3F.
Toilets
Accessible toilets are on B1 and 6F.
Lounge
The 5F Community Lounge is a space for AVENUEL customers and top brand customers. Ask staff whether you can use it to rest.

Usually open 10:30 to 20:00, as of October 2026. AVENUEL keeps the same hours as the department store.

73 Namdaemun-ro. Sources differ on the street number, and some give 81. Ask staff for the AVENUEL building when you arrive.
