Heads-up

Some entrances have stairs, and which door is step-free is not known. Ask the store which door to use before you go.

The store is closed on the day of Seollal and the day of Chuseok.

Getting in

Entrance
You can reach an entrance by wheelchair with no steps on the way. The doors are revolving and manual, so look for the manual door.
Stairs
Not every entrance is step-free. On the store map, the Sejong-ro and Jongno entrances have stairs. One travel guide says there is a stairway entrance left of the stone Kyobo sign at the main entrance.
Route
Store entrances are just before Exit 3 and Exit 4 at Gwanghwamun Station (Line 5). Whether this link is step-free is not known. One travel guide says the subway link and building elevator make the trip fairly easy with a stroller. Call 1544-1900 (may work only from inside Korea) and ask which exit to use.
Parking
Accessible parking spaces are available. Without a membership, you get 1 hour of parking with a 30,000 won purchase or 2 hours with a 50,000 won purchase, as of October 2026.

Inside

Elevator
There is an elevator. On the store map, it is between sections A and C and the Jongno entrance.
Floor
The store is on one floor, basement level 1. It covers about 8,950 m², so seeing every section can mean a lot of moving around.
Toilets
Accessible toilets are available. On the basement store map, one is toward section L and Starbucks, and the other is between sections D and E.
Seats
Reading tables are in sections F, H, and I, and there is a cafe. One travel guide says weekends and holidays get crowded and reading sofas can run short.
