Inside

Elevator
The museum has an elevator, and the floor plan shows one on each of the four floors. The lowest floor diagram also shows escalator and stair icons.
Toilets
The first floor has an accessible toilet. A multipurpose toilet is also on this floor. Sources differ on whether the fourth floor has an accessible toilet. Ask at the first-floor information desk.
Rest areas
Rest in the first-floor rest area, open during museum hours, or in two reading and rest rooms: Jeongdong Gukto Maru (정동국토마루) on the first floor and Gukto Green Naru (국토그린나루) on the second. Drinks are allowed in Jeongdong Gukto Maru, but food and drink are not allowed in Gukto Green Naru.
Wheelchairs
Borrow a wheelchair for free at the first-floor information desk; there are 2. They are for people with disabilities, including older people. Ask at the desk whether this covers you and whether you need ID.
Third floor
As of March 2026, part of the Gukto Nuri Room (국토누리실) on the third floor was closed for renovation. Part of the room could still be visited at that time. No end date was given in the March 2026 article.
