Heads-up
If tickets sell out, walk-in admission is unavailable. Booking on the KidZania website is for members only, and foreign visitors need an alien registration card to join. Use its Buy Tickets link for foreign visitors, which goes to Orderect.
Ticket lines can form from 09:30 to 10:00, and ticketing, entry and exit times get very crowded. If you qualify, ask about Fast Track at the floor 1 ticket counter.
Free parking is hard to apply at Lotte World Tower, Lotte World Mall or Avenuel. Use the underground parking at Lotte World Adventure.
As of August 2026, KidZania Seoul is open all year, but check for separate closure notices before you go.
Getting in
- Entrance
- In older information from 2021, the approach and main entrance are wide, flat and step-free, with an automatic door.

- Fast Track
- Fast Track is for wheelchair users and people with walking disabilities (disability grades 1 to 5), visitors aged 70 or over and pregnant visitors. Visitors aged 70 or over and pregnant visitors need proof. With its notice, you and immediate family use a separate entrance 5 minutes before entry time; ask at the floor 1 ticket counter whether your documents cover you.

- Activities
- Only children go into the activity rooms, and adults watch through glass or on screens. Only a child's wristband holds a place in an activity line, so an adult cannot wait instead.
- Toilets
- The building has an accessible toilet, so ask staff for its floor when you arrive. In older information from 2021, parts of the toilet may be inconvenient to use.
- Rest areas
- On floor 2, you can rest at Sportsplex, Event Zone and Bache Lounge. On floor 3, the Parents' Refresh Lounge faces the cafe lounge and has massage chairs for 3,000 won per 10 minutes, card or QR only, as of October 2026.
- Wheelchairs
- In older information from 2021, the entrance information desk lends wheelchairs. Bring your own if you rely on one.
