- Route
- Exit 9 of Hongik Univ. Station is a 5-minute walk from the theatre. As of November 2024, this exit had narrow stairs, heavy crowds and no escalator. This exit has no street elevator, so see Getting there if stairs are hard.
- Bus

- Parking
- You cannot park at the theatre. Use public transport or a private parking lot nearby.
- Tickets
- Pick up tickets or buy them at the theatre from 1 hour before the show. Bring your booking number or ID. As of October 2026, online cancellation is free until 24 hours before the show.
Inside
- Elevator
- The theatre has an elevator. Indoor steps have ramps, so you can avoid them. As of April 2025, one travel guide says the elevator can get crowded, so allow extra time.
- Wheelchair seats
- The 2 wheelchair seats are on B3, beside seats B20 and D20. One travel guide says these count as S seats, and suggests a regular seat if you can move a short distance.
- Second floor
- Second-floor seats have a stepped entrance, so they are hard to reach by wheelchair. Choose other seats if steps are hard for you.
- Toilets
- Accessible toilets are on B3, one inside the men's restroom and one inside the women's restroom.
