Getting in

- The path to the entrance has no step, but wheelchair users may find the approach a little inconvenient. A ramp into the building is on its right side. It appears to have handrails on both sides.
- Entrance
- The main entrance has no step or slope. Its swing doors may be manual or automatic.
- Parking
- Accessible parking is on B2 (basement level 2). General parking has a 1.7 m height limit. It costs 2,200 won for 30 minutes, then 1,100 won per 10 minutes, up to 32,000 won a day, as of October 2026.
- Route
- The usual walk is 2 minutes from Jonggak Station Exit 5, 4 minutes from Euljiro 1(il)-ga Station Exit 2, and 8 minutes from Gwanghwamun Station Exit 5. These times are not for the street elevator exits.
Inside
- Elevator
- An elevator goes up to floor 5. It has room for a wheelchair and buttons for wheelchair users, but some parts are inconvenient to use. The building has 2 elevators, and 1 is for staff and runs from the basement parking. If you park on B2, ask which elevator to use.
- Stairs
- One exhibit route goes up stairs from floor 2 to floor 3. Ask staff whether the elevator stops on each exhibit floor.
- Toilets
- Accessible toilets are inside the regular restrooms, including on floors 1 and 2. They have room for a wheelchair, but some parts are inconvenient to use. The toilets on floors 1 and 2 appear to have a fold-down grab bar on one side.
- Rest
- The HiKR Lounge on floor 5 has seating, light snacks, city views and a terrace view of Cheonggyecheon. One travel guide says that floor 1 also has seating and that there is a café.
